Mr. Tom and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable from the beginning. We felt at ease that everything was under control. The church is highly pleases and grateful for a service well done and in progress.

We had raccoons in the office duct work, After having the raccoons removed, not knowing how long they had been living in the duct work, SERVPRO was contacted. They were at the office the next morning to discuss our needs and within a few hours a crew arrived to clean and disinfect all of the air ducts in the office. They were very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend this company for any services they offer. I am impressed by the excellent customer service, promptness in 1 day service and follow up on their work, something that is hard to find these days - integrity.
